My Afghan has a spur on its shell behind it's head. Can I dremel it? I have included a picture

I would think if you could do it gently it would be OK.

Yes, you can. Maybe even nip it off with a toe nail clipper.

And a nail file, or sand paper to smooth it out a bit.
