Should I bring tortoise inside

I recently found a marginated tortoise I have built him a wooden house but recently it’s been raining a lot and temp is only about 15 degrees tonight . Should I bring him inside tonight?

The recommended temps are 80°-85°f. Is your box insulated? If it is, if you have a electric heater in front of the enclosure to get you through the night. Not to close that your tort will be able to get out. But if you don't mind bringing him in with the enclosure do that. I have used the electric heater before but didn't get a good night's sleep worrying about it. Plus Opo's enclosure was in a screened in porch with concrete floor. I wouldn't put a electric heater out in the elements.
