Showing me manhood??

Hi
My tort is around 5 years old and 100m in length.
If anyone saw my earlier thread you would know the story of how I'm unsure of the sex.
I was told it was a girl buuuuut then when researching I thought he was boy and after more research I knew that it was very difficult to determine the sex of a young tort.
Today I think he showed me his manhood!
Can anyone tell me if these pictures are manhood?????
