Sick. (doesn't eat)

I need help, my turtle is sick. His eyes are in recovery so he wont eat. I tries to feed him with sryinge but he spit the food. Is this supossed to happen ? Anyone got advice

Ohh sorry, its red-eared slider.
I feed him with dragon fruit and pellets.

Iritated, idk what really happened. My brother say its because my grandpa fed him with a lot of frozen shrimp and no one change the water until it gets dirty

He needs to be able to climb out of the water and sit under a Good UVB light to warm up. If he can't get his inner core temperature warmer than room temperature the food won't digest, so he doesn't eat.

Your Turtle needs warmer temperatures than Room Temp, unless your room is about 88℉. The UVB lighting that Yvonne has mentioned will also provide some heat. Your tank needs a heater too.
