Well if you upped the temp to 90 that means its been below 90 and thats not good. The hot spot for leopards should be at least mid to upper 90s. How cold have they been getting at night?

Hey John, you may want to quarantine your sick one.

Maybe start with the baby food/vitasol soaks.

I haven't had a sick tort yet (knock on wood) but I've read about a lot of people raving on this method.

You've probably posted it somewhere, but what do your setup, temps, and diet look like? This helps those more experienced keepers rule out some things.

Hope your little one is feeling better.

Your temperatures sound good and so does the other husbandry you described.
Unfortunately, with tortoises so young illnesses happen suddenly and for no apparent reason. As was said, quarantine that one from the others and keep him warm and well hydrated. What is the humidity level you are keeping them at?

If you see him start to slow down considerably I would take him to the vet.

Unfortunatley I don't know. It would be hard to diagnose anything without seeing the tortoise in person, even then I'm not a vet so I could only say so much. 60% seems good as well. Sorry I really don't know what to tell you other then I hope it works out. Are you able to take him outside at all? Sometimes that will help mine become more active and start eating.

It doesn't sound like your situation is dire yet, but it can change rapidly. I hope more people post on this thread with advice. Good luck and keep us updated.

I was up at LLL Reptiles yesterday and was looking at something called CriticalCare...I think that was the name of it. It is used for young animals who become sick.

Might be worth checking out their website and see if you see it...
