So, I have a male, 8" redfoot. And a female, 7" redfoot. I caught my male biting at the scales of the front legs on my female. I looked it up and this can be a sign of mating. They are usually kept separate however my sulcata likes to nick down the barriers and they all come hang out in her enclosure. She doesn't mind at all as she moves them around accordingly. Anyway, are these sizes okay for mating? Is there a possibility of eggs? If so what do I need to do to incubate them? Here is all three for a size guide. My sulcata is 9". The tape measures are just there for indication! ImageUploadedByTortForum1391718461.069372.jpg ImageUploadedByTortForum1391718508.719302.jpgImageUploadedByTortForum1391718549.152801.jpg

I may be wrong but I think they usually have to be a little larger to mate. Especially females first time because infertility.

I know with hedgehogs too young of females can get their lady organs ruined if she mates too soon.
