Small white lines on shell

Hi, today I noticed this strange lines in one of my tortoise Gopherus, is it something bad?arw they growth lines? I have been bathing them in tap water and I read it could be calcium residue from thw water.

Oh my bad I see it now. Not an expert but my aldabra has similar scarring at the edge of his shell when I received him. Was told by the person I purchased it was fungal scarring and was purely cosmetic. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than me will come and help confirm.

Here's the pic, are you sure? He only has this marks on one side

I only see a normal tortoise shell. I don't see white growth lines or the usually white squiggly lines, and I don't see any sign of fungus or infection.

If Tom says nothing looks wrong with your tortoise’s shell you are in the clear.
