My russian tortoise poo smells horrible but I know I'm feeding him correct food according to the tortoise table what shuld I do?

There is probably not much you can do other than not smelling it if you don't have to do so. Wear a mask to avoid the odor as much as possible.

In my experience, you can avoid this by soaking him regularly and he should poo in the soaking water and you simply flush it.
After awhile you should know he goes every third day or so and just soak him on that day and you should avoid him pooping in his enclosure and stinking things up.
