Is it flexible like a butter container lid, or is it mushy? Does it seem softer than it was before, or are you just noticing it? It’s normal for babies to have flexible plastron.

Did the breeder you bought him from raise him in humid conditions with daily soaks, or dry conditions with few soaks?
Be sure to give these a read, and make the changes to your enclosure and care that were recommended in your other thread.

Alright, be sure to let us know if his condition starts declining. Flexible shells are normal for babies, so it’s not a problem unless it’s getting softer or he’s acting sick.

Now if you notice they have soft shell, both top an bottom an they are acting sick, what could be the issues to check

If that's the case it may be too late to do anything about it. In order to have a firm, healthy shell, tortoises need calcium and UVB. The UVB works with the calcium to make bones and shell strong. You can get UVB either from a GOOD light, or from the sun.
