The receptionist has torts of her own and loves talking about them. They treat Sheldon like a little person.
The vet is a bit impersonal but he's one of those super smart guys who knows what he's up to.

With his advice, we recolonized Sheldon's gut with good bacteria and got him to put on 30 grams this month!
