If you are interested and I can talk them down would you like them?Arizona Sulcata said:Agreed. I'd love to take them in but its way too much money for that condition.

wellington said:Actually I don't think they look to bad. Except of course the one that got chewed on, only cosmetic though. Heck we've had that happen to members here. The pyramiding, well, I don't ever see too many from AZ that aren't. The second pic looks really good for being in AZ. The price isn't bad either. The chewed on is closed to breeding size, im sure thats why she is more. Don't forget, not every pyramided tortoise is unhealthy. These ones don't look unhealthy as far as you can see in a pic and they don't look to have MBD either.
Before you guys think you need to rescue these not so bad torts. Have you seen some of the members torts that got theirs more then 5-8 years ago, maybe longer. most if not all have what we would call now bad pyramiding torts. Heck, even Tom has admitted that himself. Just wanted to throw that in. Also they are probably to big now to change what they are going to have. My Leo is two and he is 6 1/2. Inches. The high humidity care is almost over with.

One of them I agree isn't too bad. The other two I definitely think are what I call "rescue bad". Also something to keep in mind is that all 3 are males.
I understand there are many pyramiding cases in AZ but that's not because they are in AZ. I have raised perfectly smooth tortoises here and so have many others. The reason we see the problem so often here is simply because there are so many tortoise here.
These definitely need a better home, 100%.
