Why do these annoying threads pop up here with such regularity? Why do they also all seem to be written in broken English?

Most don't get through, but some how a few do. When you see them, click on the report concern button and a mod will see that a post or thread as been reported and we can ban them. Why such bad wording, that I just assume it's because most don't really care what they say, they just want to get their web links posted.
I had assumed that they used an online translator to translate into English, and that's why they sound so disjointed.
Just to let you know, that for every ONE that makes it through the anti-spam program, 8 or 10 more have been caught before they make it through. It really irritates me. It seems to be this new format, because we never got this type when we were in the old format. I used to be able to catch them when they signed up as new members, but I don't have that ability with the new format.
