Spur thighed tortoise Help please

Noticed 2 days ago my tortoise has got a white blotch on her face which looks like she has bashed it, and the scale is damaged, but I'm just checking that is the case and it's not some kind of illness?
She climbs up her logs to bask and may have fallen down. Thanks for your help

Firstly are we talking Mediterranean Spur thigh (Testudo Graeca) or African Spurred (Geochelone sulcata)... they are very different, so it matters!

Do you have a photo of the problem so that we can see the problem? If it's missing scales, it's unlikely to be serious.

Yes I agree a photo would really help
Also how are you keeping her ?
Bulbs she is under ?
Temps under the basking light , cool side temps , and night time temps?
Plus humidity levels ?
Soaking and daily mistings?
