Star tourtoise make noise

When i feed them zuchini then i listen some krap krap voice mouth from my star tourtoise...
I removed zuchini imedetly when i listen this sound i am scared because of this food or i dont know,
Then i feed lady finger, tell me is zuchini good or bad for star tourtoise health.???

Sometimes my star tortoises make the noise I believe you are describing, while they eat. It almost sounds like they are choking. They do it especially when I feed them cactus pad, however they will do it with anything. it is a common noise they make when they are eating food.

It's alright as a food source. If you look up the guide on here it will tell you the pros and cons of all foods. the ca : ph ratio is important and no fruits.
