started acting different

Hi there in the past 4 days she has been acting sort of different but has happened before, she has tried to climb out her enclosure on 3 seperate days last time she had done this was a couple years ago i am currently getting her a new bigger enclosure. but today i noticed she was in her soil scooping with her back legs for a few minutes then she would move to a new spot, shes never been in contact with another tortoise. I feel her behaviour was odd so i thought i would let her stretch her legs on the floor as its too cold to go outside now but she was walking very oddly like her bottom to the floor then would use her backlegs to swim almost while her front were normal ive never seen her do this and this is very new
