Does anyone know what these four indentations are on Maximus? He's had them from the breeder I got him from...Will they go away? Thank you in advance

I don't see anything abnormal. Can you show us exactly what you're talking about?

Looks like there are 4 small "folds" toward the bottom of his shell. Perhaps from when he was folded in the egg? How old is he? If they've always been there, probably nothing to worry about.

He'll be about a year in January...they're like cuts...he also walks very uneven...his from half is significantly higher than his bottom half... being paranoid maybe?

Could it have been caused by something circular? Pressed onto something, maybe? Did you get him as a hatchling? Has he always walked that way?

He was about a month or so old when I got him... he always walked like that...I figured it was weird because Achilles doesn't walk like that... but it doesn't hinder him at all lol...he runs faster than any tortoise I've ever seen...but the cuts doesn't seem to bother him nor were they ever sore

That's a remnant of a yolk sack opening. Totally normal. Some of mine have it much more pronounced.

There is a lot of variability in their plastrons. Yours looks totally fine.

I don't know about the walking thing. I'd have to see that. Can you post a video? Was he started on rabbit pellets, or something similar?
