Strange marks on plastron

I have 3, 9 month old Russians and 2 of the 3 have strange marks on their plastron. The areas are not soft and do not smell. The hatchlings seem healthy, eating, drinking, daily 20 min. soaks. Substrate is Coco coir, enclosure was hot, warm and cool areas. The marks are somewhat symetrical so I wasn't sure if the areas might be growth areas. Attaching photos

I've not seen it looking like that, but it MIGHT be the beginning of shell rot.
