Strange scab

Strange scab on this sulcata yearling, does anyone know what it could be? Or how to treat it? Substrate is eco earth and humidity is 60%.

I'm not sure I'm seeing what you mean. Is it the brown spot just under the shell on the upper leg? Just leave it alone. Let it dry out and fall off.

Are there any similar spots or bumps on the skin of the neck or anywhere else? Have any of the tortoise's toenails fallen off? Hopefully not, bit if so, it could be Austwickia chelonae which is a very bad problem.

No bumps however when this tortoise was younger he lost one of his back nails, today its more than halfway regenerated.
