No. I don't know what kind it is. Be careful, though because there are laws about keeping many wild turtles/tortoises. It would probably be better to release it if it is determined to be a wild, native type. Your English is just fine. Welcome!

Does it have webbed feet? If it's a water turtle it can not eat unless it's in water.

As usual I will stick out my neck, I am wrong a lot and I was never gonna try to ID another turtle...BUT...my books are loaned out, however I think it's a Vietnamese Leaf Turtle....
Or maybe a Chinese Box turtle...I'm gonna goggle them...or Google

It's a Vietnamese Leaf turtle...

They are also called the black-breasted leaf turtle. BUT...Geoemyda spengleri is their name and they are one of the top endangered turtles in Vietnam.
I torn about telling you what to do, but here's some info on is care....if you decide to keep him, remembering he's a wild endangered turtle. It may even be against your laws to take him from the wild...This was written by Paula Morris and Chris Tabaka, 2 people I really respect...

Hi! I'm a little late to the party but I had a friend that lived in Vietnam, and I recognized it as a black-breasted leaf turtle. Looks like an older one at that! I'm SO happy you returned him to the wild. You're a kind soul. Thank you for doing what is best for this little turtle! :<3:
