Coco coir substrate: bugs

I baked it for a few hours (per suggestion) before wetting/using it. Just noticed that some of the little bugs made it through the process. Are they dangerous? will they have any ill-effect on our li'l guy?

Not actually they are good and eat the tortoises waste.
