I have question, it may be simple but I haven't the luck to find the answer. Is coconut fiber the same thing as coconut coir? If not is one better than the other for a Russian Tortoise?

They are both the same
'Coco peat' is another variation.
If you're buying some, you may want to check your local garden/hardware stores for a better deal.

Yes. Same thing. Good for baby russians, but I prefer orchid bark for older russians that are past the baby stage.

In Europe it comes in bricks called Coco Soil.
