I put foods on the tile, but my luck seem like to eat on the substrate, which he always eats some of the coco fibre substrate. is that ok?

Yes They can ingest it with their food, and my sulcata does this every single day i feel your frustration.
Usually mine will eat then walk over the food and drag it with him everywhere :)

I have a big tile on the food/water end of Cooper's enclosure and his food is in a dish with a lip on it to try and keep the food in the dish. With the tile, I can keep it wiped clean of the coco coir to keep him from getting almost any mixed with his food/water. It has worked out very well!

Ditto Thats what i started using a couple weeks ago!
Two tiles on top of his substrate with a food dish on top of the tiles.
