I have a 20 gallon long tank and I use a MVB. I am planning to purchase a new MVB and was wondering if i should order powersun 100w or powersun 160w for a 20 gallon long tank?

For a 20-gal, I would think the 100-watt should be plenty! Be sure you're using a thermometer to make sure those temps aren't getting too hot in so small a tank.

Its at about 100 degrees on one side and 80 on the other side

If those are your temps then I would get the same wattage you are using now.

Where does your tortoise hang out most of the time? Warm side or cool side?
