Unfortunately, I did indeed end up getting the tortoise with everything required to house him comfortably till he got bigger, but he was either ill when I got him (didn't show any signs, the breeder and I were very confused as to why he didn't eat much since the day I got him) or something else was wrong with him but yeah, he never really ate much and ended up passing away in two months of me owning him. That was almost two years ago though so I think I'm gonna go ahead and give it another try at raising a baby sulcata this summer! I would need to buy a new MVB for it though (the one my old sulcata had is older than 6 months old now, so it isn't useful anymore, is it?) and find a new breeder if there are any.
