No, those are called urates, the white creamy stuff is what is left when his body sucks all the moisture out of his urine. No problem as long as it's creamy, slimy, or clear. If it's gritty that's bad

Its an indication that he needs more hydration. When we move them indoors in winter with all of our electric heat, they tend to get more dried out. Soak more often and feed some things that are higher in water content. Also spray the food with water before he eats it.
