Any guesses?

Chad is 4 months older than Eleanor, but Eleanor is catching up the chad in size. They are both about a year and a half old. Before I got them, Chad was kept hot and dry and only fed romaine, Eleanor got soaks and was feed spring mix. I got both at about three months old. And they have been kept the same since. There's some more pyramiding extrapolation.

Very nice pictures and your tortoises are adorable. Poor little Chad, I am glad he is in good hands now :)

They always puff up during their soak, then it goes away. Is that not normal? Any guesses about their sex?

Interesting stuff about the history on the young ones. Who raised Edward? What was his early care like? He's a good lookin' boy.

No guesses on sex yet. Not standing out one way or the other to me. If I had to guess right now, I'd say both male. Ask again in a year or two.

Edward is 12 years old grew up in a back yard in Mesa. Fed mostly lettuce, apples and other veg. He looks smooth because of his burrowing it has worn down the high points on his shell through to the bone.

They are in good hands, Edward looks eager and like he dominates the yard.
