Sulkata incubation help please

i have 7 sulkata eggs in 57 days incubation this morning one collapsed and started to smell i also candled it and i thought there was nothing the blood veins fell to the bottom so i took the egg out and to my surprise there was a turtle still in its lil sack what do i do??

Thanks i called the pet shop and they said yes hes hatched to leave him in a shoe box and it will break through the sack thanks for your reply

It does kinda smell but the head has kinda moved still just waiting for it to break out of the lil sac

57 days is way to soon for a sulcata. At 87°-88° I expect hatching in 86 days. Can't imagine a sulcata hatchling well enough developed to survive in 57 days.
