Does windows pane glass causes any issues tortoise getting their UV?

Would I still need a UVB bulb if the the torts lived in greenhouse type structure?

Glass does stop UV getting through so yes you would need another UV source, unless you wanted to go to the expense of changing all the glass for a more specialised one which lets UV through.

Also remember to provide plenty of shade - greenhouses can get extremely hot
