Hi All

I have just been landed with this tortoise and have no idea of its species or care data sheet.
I would appreciate some info asap.

Many Thanks.

Looks like one of the Testudo Mediterranean species to me. In the the first instance care roughly the same for all of them. Sorry, I'm on my phone so posting links not easy, but head for Russians or Greeks.

Diet is leafy greens, no fruit.

Yeah, looks like a Graeca species to me too. Let's send a shout-out to @HermanniChris . If it is a Greek, then we have very good data sheets at the top of our Greek tortoise section. But wait for HermanniChris to respond.

It's a Greek tortoise for sure but looks to be a mix of 2 different subspecies. It has traits of several types. Always tough with young ones.

From what I was lead to believe he / she is a few years old now.
He hasn't moved since I got him and he doesn't seem to have eaten anything either.
I have soaked him a couple of times but again all I seem to get is very minor leg movements.
I am trying to sort out a vivarium for it just now but I am getting a little concerned about his well being and having phoned around it seems I wont get a reptile vet until Wednesday.

Keep up the soaks in water up to just above the join between plastron and carapace so he will get hydrated.
Do this at least twice a day to begin with for 15 to 20 minutes.
I would go that herp vet on Wednesday. for sure.

Little update.
Now moving his back legs a little, both eyes are now open also.
Will keep up the soaking etc.

Question though : If I can source a Vivarium how long should I keep him under the light due to the fact he isn't moving much?
