Swollen shut eye

I noticed this afternoon that my 4 year old sulcata tortoise's eye was watering and she kept blinking and rubbing it. I thought there might have been something in it so I gave her a bathe and tried to flush her eye out. It doesn't seem to be better and not she won't open it and it's getting puffy and kind of red. Please help!!

Could be

when it is just one it is usually an irritant in the eye of some sort, dirt something like that.

She's all better! Her eye is completely back to normal
