Surely you can have wild turtles in an outdoor pond?

Wow that seems pretty extreme to actually have a law forbidding turtles... and really isn't it just as easy to get salmonella from meat...?? I have an 11 year old turtle and an 8 month old tortoise and have never had any issues...

Pretty old news. People pretty much just ignore the ban and still own turtle/torts there anyway, I know I would. Of course though I'm pretty rebellious lol.
