So we might have to get a second tortoise next year. My 16 month old daughter is absolutely in love!! Both my sons like Rocky and want to touch him but are scared to hold him. But my daughter has been crying at the enclosure for 15 mins because she sees him walking around and she wants to hold him

If you do get a second one, just be sure you keep it in a separate enclosure. Tortoises don’t really enjoy “friends”

Yes it wouldn’t be until after we get our outdoor enclosure also.

You need to get her a plastic or a stuffed toy tortoise for her very own!

That is adorable! I would definitely get her a toy or stuffed tortoise and put it in its own "enclosure".
I hope to see her with her own tortoise
