Since I love posting pics of the Hatchies I figured I should start a thread to just update as they grow. I've had them a week today and they were bred and hatched by Lance. I'll post the first pic I took of them first. Then them sunning a bit today.

Bath time tonight along with their evening soak they got a got scrub down and holy poop the turds that come out of these little hatchies. o_O

They seem to get friendlier by the day too. They all still have very different distinctive personalities too. Ducky is the out going water loving one. Spike is happy to sleep only exception is eating or looking for food. And Cera likes to push everything around and remodel their house lol

They are so darn cute! You know I have that same fence in white. Here I never thought about using it for a tortoise outdoors. Here was trying to enclose a whole area for when I get a tortoise and here I got that fence with extra attachments with no work. DUHHHH!

It works great with the Hatchies. We have 8 panels set up for them now and move it as needed. We only let them out for a few hours unless we are out there all day then we just keep them misted and in the shade. They love the grass and clover.

LOL Yah, I am totally ripping down what I started and use mine! I got thinking earlier when I started it I wondered how big of a pain it was going to be to mow around it and do garden work around them etc. This would be SOO much easier and I can move it as I move to keep an eye on it.

I just went to put them to bed (humid hide) and found this. Cera had all her feet stretched out off the ground fast asleep.

Hatchies are almost 6 months. The weights are 121, 142, and 142. They got a good scrub down today and weighed in. Reworking their closed chamber and resetting lights and CHE for the cooler weather. Also went through and circulated the substrate bc it was drying out even though I was adding water around the edges. Here is a current picture. Im hoping that if I circulate the substrate more that I can keep it more humid since they are not as smooth as I like.

The Hatchlings are getting so big! I'm changing the set ups right now to separate one from the other two to see if it will help it catch up in size. Smallest one is 206 grams and the other two are right around 350 grams. In a few months they will be outside most of the day!
