Very cute! I love box turtles!! Obviously a very young Eastern box turtle. What I want to know is why do my eastern babies all look like 3-toes? Mine don't start to develop the striking carapace pattern until they are a couple years old.

Yvonne, it's about two years old and 3" carapace length. I think I'll call it Potawattami or Pot for short. If anyone wants guess sex here's some shots:
