I have a 6 inch 5-6 yrs old female. And two days ago, I got another 2-3 yrs old female. The younger one runs circles around the older one (literally) Till the older one gets tired of it, and tries bite her leg to finish the fight.

This happens all day. I have temporarily divided the table with two seperate hides. DOes anyone have any idea how long it will take for them to become friends. The younger one is very energetic and at times scares the crap out of the older one.

Are they RF'S OF YF'S?
I have a 7.5 male ,a 6" male,a 6" female & a 4 " female .
They are very gental and i have not experienced any fighting between my RF'S
My newest little girl 4" climbes all over the 7.5" male and he just tolerates it.
Not sure what to tell you but perhaps someone with more experiebce with this will reply .

Maybe the younger one is just very curious and not used to having a cage mate. I would keep an eye on them... if the aggression doesn't get worse it should be fine as she is adjusting. If .. the biting gets worse then I would separate them...

You're sure both are female? Almost sounds like the smaller one is trying to court the larger one. Female torts usually get along well with each other, but males often fight with each other or harass females for mating purposes. It's generally a good idea to give tortoises plenty of personal space, especially males. If you're going to house several individuals together, make the female:male ratio at least 2:1 so that the males' advances are diluted over multiple females.

Sounds like your growing RFs each need private quarters.

Yes, by all means post some photos for us to look at. Pictures are very helpful.

Good that you have them separated now - they SHOULD go through quarantine anyway before putting them together.
