I made a typing error, my Stars will be 5 years in July. That just happens sometimes. I got a little tiny "baby" egg last year. I incubated it just for fun, but nothing yet.
Has it been six years already? Sheesh... Time flies.
I would review the diet and soaking routines. Is there enough protein and calcium for laying females? Mazuri, clover, and those wonderful plantago leaves you have should have you covered on protein. I like to grow a little bit of my own alfalfa to mix in because it's high in protein and in calcium. If diet is all good, then how often do you soak? Once a week should be enough in most cases, but two or three times is better for laying females that drop a lot of water when nesting. I always soak a female the day after laying, and then a few more times over the next week or two.I made a typing error, my Stars will be 5 years in July.
I thought the same thing!! One looks almost like a potato, lol
