Throwing up water

I had my tort in her daily soak. About an hour later while walking around she threw up water. It was bubbly and clear.

I don't think its an RI because she's not whistling or anything else related.

Do you think she just drank too much too fast?

I'm no expert, but from what I understand, vomiting is a serious issue for tortoises. Have you had a stool sample taken to a vet near you to check for parasites? What have you been feeding her? What are your enclosure temperatures, and how is the humidity?

How long have you had her, and if it hasn't been long, do you know anything about her history?

I would personally recommend consulting a veterinarian, but make sure they actually know what they're doing with tortoises. A lot of them don't. Vitamin injections, for example, shows that you should get a new vet.
