Tippy Update

Hi all, just thought I would post a little update on Tippy! Its been a few months and so far he(or she) is doing great! He has upgraded to a 55 gallon tank instead of a rubbermaid tote and loves all the room. He has gained soem weight and his plastron is a bit smoother. He still gets himself upside down alot! I feed him spring mix and grassland pellets, I have been adding a bit of Timothy hay now and then to get him used to the hays. HE is much nmore active now than he was!

Okay Mandi, how old is Tippy now? Do you have a weight?

I really prefer the glass tanks over tubs or tables, even thought the trend has been away from them for many years.

I had one too. I worried that the cats would eat it like they do the other plants, but for some reason they know not to. Not sure your tortoise would be able to resist the green.
