Do these measure both humidity and temp. Or is there a separate one for each?

I have never kept any Hermanns so, I'll let others advise you on their humidity requirements. But the high humidity/closed chamber set ups are primarily used with Sulcata and Leopards (which is what I used it for) and I wanted to clarify that based on previous advice you were given.

What lighting would you reccomend?
A mercury vapor bulb with heat and UVB or a heat lamp plus a UVB tube light?
