Very nice. I would add some more depth of substrate and I didn't see a water dish. Other then that, they did a fantastic job.

Well, your parents did a very nice job. Looks like Toby has a lot of room. The only thing I would fix would be to add more substrate. They like to dig, and about 4 or 5" of substrate would give Toby that privilege.
