Too much humidity!

Ok, it's me again, I don't have my tortoise yet but he's a greek and I will be living in Paris and in Paris it can get very humid, like once OUTSIDE it was 94degrees Fahrenheit inside it was you say lower but sometimes it can get really high and I was wondering if there's too much humidity but you can go down a lot i'm times for 40° lower so... !! I was wondering if they could egg health problems.

Paris is not all that different than the climate they come from. Not all that far away either. An open topped indoor enclosure with a heat bulb in and air conditioned or heated house will create and area of low humidity even in a humid climate. I think you will be fine. Lots of Greek tortoises live here in the Southern US, like Florida, where it is humid all year long, and they thrive.
