Top scutes higher

On my 1 year old tortoise it looks kind of like the top scutes are higher than the rest it's the same on the other side. Is this a sign or growth or anything normal like that? Also it kind of looks like they're something inside of they're like tiny rocks but i am 99 % sure it's just the shell sense it's the same color and it just looks like it would be the shell.

With saying it looks like theirs something inside i mean under the scutes but as i said i am pretty certain it's just the shell.

His tempatures are 34-36 celcius under basking spot, 23-24 in hotter area and 20-21 in cooler which i think is an good tempature so the pyramiding is probably becuse of dehydration sense a couple weeks ago he had some gritty urates so thats why i have stepped up soaking twice a day for 30 minutes and tried to keep humidity between 70-80 which has been hard since the open top and thats why i am covering it today. I also have sprayed water on his food so he gets some hydration from that. So if i go ahead and cover the enclosure do you think this will stop the pyramidding? It could also be becuse here whare i live i need to feed grocery store stuff becuse i don't have acces to weeds and flowers in the winter. This is what i am currently feeding him,

Arugula, Radiccio, Endive, Frisee, Kale and some pak choy every now and then.
I also give him some weeds that i have managed to grow like,
Dandelions, Hypochoeris Autumn Hawkbit, Smooth Hawkbit and Lapsana communis

So do you think i need to change anything else accept covering the enclosure to make it more humid which i am gonna do or is there something else i should alter to fix the pyramiding?

Now i have covered it and its now a constatnt 70-80 and the reason i have it so high is becuse he had some gritty urates a couple weeks ago but as soon i see the results i want to see with the urate situation i was thinikng of keeping it around 60. Is this plan good and will is stop the early stage pyramiding?
