We have been members of the forum for a while, but had never posted. I recently posted on advice on grass. Thought I would take the time to introduce Torti to the forum also. We are in California. We got Torti 6 yes ago at the local Serpent Show. He started ut as a tiny baby my wife could hold in her hand hand. He is cuttently a nice healthy 65 pounds, maybe more. I am including s picture of my daughter and torti for size comparison. He did start inside in a 5 gallon tank, He grew fast and we went thru quite a few sizes. When he outgrew the 70 gal tank it was time to go outside. My son helped me make him an inclosure, which includes his house, roof from rain and too much, his hole, friends. He eventually got too big for it and we knocked out two opening so now he has the run of the back yard. He recognizes me and when i bring his food out he hussles over to be fed. He is used to my grandkids now also. At first he would chase them and want them out of his yard. So That's a quick brief on our Torti. Thank You all and Be Safe
