Tortoise bathing

So I bath my tortoise on warm water I don't get to bath him/her on morning since I work early as soon as I get home around 3pm I sun bath and soak him/her. Still a baby tort and I make sure there is a shaded part on the bath he could hide if to hot and has some food on his bath but he/she always try to escape like climbing the container for bathing am i doing something wrong I also make sure the water is just warm he/she does eat some food he/she pop and pee on bath some advice please also just for 15 min soaking.

Trying to escape the bath is normal, and good exercise for them. It helps them digest, too, which leads to more pooping, which is good to do in the soak. You’re doing just fine from the sounds of it
