Hi everyone!

I was given a run of the mill tortoise about 1.25 years ago. The first year went along fine. He even hibernated for about 4 months. Since he has come out of hibernation he has not pooped in his water at all. I am concerned because he used to poop regularly in his bowl. I can't find any poops any place else. He is eating well. I give him tortoise food that he really doesn't eat very well and banana and greens and apples and tomatoes and cucumbers and berries etc along with crickets and ground beef and turkey from time to time. Should I be concerned about his poop situation?

Welcome! First, we need to determine what type of tortoise since there is not really just a generic "tortoise". :) Can you post a picture? Then we can better offer advice specific to that species. What temperature are providing? Heat lamp, heating pad? Do you have a UVB bulb? Is there a water bowl that he can soak in? These are all important questions relative to pooping.
