Tortoise Breathing

Recently I've noticed my tortoise's breathing has been heavy and squeaky. I attached a video of her breathing. I don't think this is normal, anyone know what the problem could be?

Is it just breathing like that or smelling something? Mine breaths louder like that when smelling something
Does its whole body move or does he hold his head up and neck stretched?
Otherwise, tell us all the housing info you can and what species is he? Video didn't show me anything but black screen but could hear the sound.
