Tortoise doesn't want to eat

Hello, it has been more than a week and my greek tortoise Leo does'nt want to eat. I gave him carrots, cucumber, lettuce......etc
He has'nt eaten anything for a week and he is moving and does not seem sick.
What is the solution, knowing that I live in a country that does not have veterinarians specialized in treating reptiles?
If there is anything I can do for him please let me know!

I have a lot of tortoise all my tortoises live in outside enclosure with a natural sun every day and a good temperature and all of them eat food but this little one doesn't want eat any food

What are the daytime high temperatures? Night time low temperatures? How much shade is available? Can you post pictures of this tortoises enclosure for us? Are you soaking this tortoise in warm water frequently?
