Tortoise getting cold

My star tortoise gets sick from cold every month ,we take her to vet everytime ,she get injection and then heals but again gets cold .we use lamp in her enclosure ,keep her in sunlight ,foot water soil everything is available ,still I don't know how to keep her healthy
We live in india to temp is favourable to tortoise

You need a dedicated heat source for your tortoise.
Is it too cold just at night?
Or day and night?

You need to read this and change your enclosure. Your tortoise needs a basking lamp and also a night time heat source. Read this thread and make some changes. It doesn't matter where in the world you are All star tortoises need what is in this care sheet.
