tortoise pellets?

I am absolutely amazed at how much that little girl can eat!! She seems to really like Kale!

Which brings me to (yet another) question:

Do your tortoises eat pellets? Mine won't touch it with a 10 foot pole! She climbs over the crock with the pellets in it, but she has no interest at all in eating it. How about yours?

My sulcatas love mazuri but my leopards won't touch it.

What kind of pellets are you talking about if it's Mazuri my leo loves them if it's Mazuri try soften them

My Leo's will run over anything else to get to the mazuri, if thta is the same pellets you are talking about. I tried some other brand a while back and they didn't care for it. I soften the mazuri in water beforehand - makes a mess on their face but they dig right in.

My little guy never has liked pellets. I have tried Mazuri, Zoo Med Grassland, Zilla Tortoise and one other one and all were a no go. He never even took a bite of any of them lol The shelled one will do anything for cactus though.

Mine with eat both the pellets and Mazuri especially if they are moist...

Boulder likes Mazuri and Zoo Med, I mix them and he runs to them

I have stated this before but the only ones who like mazuri in my group are my RF and my boxies, my others don't particular care for it.

Okay so right after I posted this, I decided to give Mazuri a try for curiosities sake and now Ziggy is COVERED in Mazuri and devouring it lol Guess the little guy changed his mind!
