Tortoise "playing" with dog?

A co-worker showed me this video on Youtube, not sure if its been posted here before. Anyways, given what we all know - dogs and torts don't mix, I was amazed, especially when the tort is the one that bites first. I guess this could also go in debate section. Anyone think the tort is actually playing? It looks like he's pissed and trying to get the dog out of his territory.

It's not playing, it is fighting. Plus all that hard surface is not good either on the shell. My vote not playing.
